Education: Science Graduate, Law Graduate, Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Insolvency Professional registered with IBBI and Practicing Company Secretary with specialization in Company Secretarial Services, Corporate Laws, Insolvency Laws, Business Re-structuring, Merger & Amalgamation and Legal Matters.

He has been working as a Practicing Company Secretary since 2003 and since then he has been engaged in the corporate advisory services and attending the professional assignments on behalf of his domestic and international clients pertaining to Registrar of Companies (ROC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Company Law Board (CLB), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB), DGFT, BIFR, Reserve Bank of India, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Finance, Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Stock Exchanges, Financial Institutions and Banks.
